Label - standard white with your label design on it.
Transportation packaging - your bottles will be packed in bulk packaging.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?

Order prices do not include import taxes, import fees, local fees that are collected at your destination (arrival country).

This 'Essentials' package does not include design (logo design, label design, package design) as many customers already have their own design. However, if needed, we can provide these services for a reasonable additional fee.

WHAT ARE THE STEPS THAT I SHOULD EXPECT ABOUT THIS PROCESS?

1. Create your order. Keep in mind your custom requirements. You will be able to discuss them at a later stage and cancel the order if you are not satisfied with the options provided (and your order has not started the production stage).
2. Place your order and pay for the chosen package. If you decide to purchase other customized options for your package later, then such options will have to be paid separately.
3. Wait for the confirmation session with one of our friendly representatives (1-2 business days in most of the cases).
4. Production starts (it takes 5-10 business days in most cases).
5. Your order is ready to be shipped. 

HOW LONG IS THE MANUFACTURING TIME?

Your order will most probably get shipped in 5-10 business days or less. If your order seems to be delayed though, we will let you know as soon as we will know about the delay and we will discuss with you available options.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Most orders that need to be shipped to continental Europe take up to 5 working days to arrive. Orders outside continental Europe may take slightly longer than that.

HOW CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER EVEN FURTHER?

Once your private label natural cosmetics order is placed, you will be contacted by one of our friendly representatives within 1-2 business days. You will then be presented with additional options that fit your needs, such as

- individual packaging boxes

- different packaging colors
- product marketing materials (product image, product video)

CAN MY ORDER BE CANCELLED AND REFUNDED?

Your order can be canceled and fully refunded until and during the confirmation discussion with our friendly representative. After that though, cancellation is not possible as we are making custom products with your branding on them and production costs cannot be reverted in such cases.
